We are stuck in a political crisis that quite a lot affects the accession path, we have changed the working group that deals with various chapters several times, there is a huge political problem, such as the area of the judicial system, so we need to solve that political precondition in order to move forward”, says in the interview with CIVIL Media Igor Milosevic from the NGO ADP-ZID, Montenegro, who participated in the two-day conference of the “Logex” network.
He adds that one of the burning issues that has an effect on the environment is the pollution, but mostly the corruption, precisely the construction mafia. It is the political crisis that is hindering the process of adopting detailed urban plans and the uncontrolled construction in some cities.

The LogEx community was established in December 2021. It is a partnership between universities and academics, civil society organizations and business actors from the Western Balkans and the diaspora in the region. LogEx is a consortium of different organizations with a common idea such as circular economy, security, development of strategies on how to continue the focus on these topics, with the purpose to promote and include different entities of society, such as the business sector, local authorities, central governments, to improve legislation, as well as measures that need to be supported. The primary goal is how to attract the attention of the young people for them to be more aware about the potential, personal development and certainly employment through circular economy.
